Coworking · Community · Seongsu, Seoul
Don't work alone in Seoul.
PEERS is a 24/7 coworking space one minute from Seongsu Station — a home base for founders, freelancers, and remote workers who'd rather build alongside other people than stare at four walls. Fifty members, twenty-eight fields of work, daily lunches, and rooftop nights. International members are already part of it. Come try it for three days, free.

Life at PEERS
People, not just desks
Most coworking spaces sell you a chair. PEERS is the people around it — members who have lunch together, run seminars, share what's working, and end the week on the rooftop.

What we do together

Weekly AI seminars
Practical, hands-on sessions every weekend — learn tools you can actually use in your own work, with people figuring it out alongside you.

Lunch, every day
We eat together most days. It's where today's stuck problem quietly gets solved over the table.

Rooftop nights
Barbecues and downtime on the rooftop with the people you work beside — this is where colleagues turn into friends.
Everything you need for a good work day
Open 24/7
Your access card works any hour. Early mornings, late nights, weekends — the space is yours.
Hot desks & quiet zones
Pick an open desk in the buzz, or a calm corner for deep work. Fast Wi‑Fi throughout.
Meeting rooms
Book a room when a call or a client needs more than a desk.
Rooftop & lounge
Step away for coffee, sunlight, or a chat on the rooftop between sessions.
Personal lockers
Dedicated-desk members get a locker to leave their gear and travel light.
One minute from the station
Right by Seongsu Station Exit 2, in Seoul's most creative neighborhood.

28 fields of work, one floor
The best answer to a stuck problem is often the person two desks over — from a completely different industry.
In members' words
“Working from home, I'd go a whole day without saying a word. Here, the day's problems get solved over lunch.”
“I'd taken AI courses but never used them. Sitting next to people who actually build, I finally applied it to my own work.”
“It's less a shared office, more a place where I suddenly have colleagues to ask when I'm stuck.”
Do not AI alone
You're not renting a desk. You're joining a community.
PEERS started around a simple idea: building — a company, a project, a new skill in the age of AI — goes better with other people around you. Members share what they're working on, trade introductions, and show up to each other's events. Korean and international members work side by side, and newcomers are folded in fast.
If you're new to Seoul and looking for a place to work and a few people to know, this is it.
Good questions
Is PEERS foreigner-friendly? Will I fit in?
